You are paying a deposit for a WHOLE COW

A whole cow once butchered will yield approx 480lbs. to 600lbs., that’s delivered, packaged beef at actual weight. Not hanging weight. You will be charged $9.50 /lb..

Ground beef, organ meats, or broth bones will be charged out at a lower cost separately. When we did the math you save a couple hundred dollars by having us charge out this way. You especially save on the cost of your ground beef. And you can order as much ground beef, broth bones, and organ meats as you want, or none at all.

Example A

140 lbs roasts, 60 lbs steaks, 32 lbs. minute steaks, 41 lbs ribs, 22 lbs stew meat, 28 lbs brisket

This customer then added 160 lbs ground, 80 lbs broth bones, and 30 lbs organ meats to round out their order..

Example B

172 lbs roasts, 64 lbs steaks, 36 lbs minute steaks, 30 lbs ribs, 24 lbs stew meat, 38 lbs brisket.

This customer then added 12 lbs of Old Style Jerky, 160 lbs ground beef and 60 lbs of broth bones to complete her order. She did not add any organ meats.

We vacuum pack all cuts. We look after all the cutting, wrapping, freezing and delivery to a common drop off point for each location or right to your door. A whole should last a small family one year, unless of course you are Carnivores!! :)

Space required? Approximately 1 cubic foot of freezer is needed for every 45-50 lbs. of packaged beef. After you pay your deposit, securing your order, the balance will be calculated based on the actual weight when packaged and is due on or before delivery.

When we receive your order we will call you to go over your cut list line by line to ensure we understand how you want your beef cut up.
