You are paying a deposit for a half a cow.
A half share once butchered will yield approx 240lbs. to 300lbs., that’s delivered, packaged beef at actual weight. Not hanging weight. You will be charged $9.50 /lb..
Ground beef, organ meats, or broth bones will be priced out at a lower cost separately. You need not order them here. We will be calling you to go through your order and we will add them then.
When we did the math you save a couple hundred dollars by having us charge out this way. You especially save on the cost of your ground beef. And you can order as much ground beef as you want, or none at all.
We vacuum pack all cuts. We handle all the butchering cutting, wrapping, freezing and delivery to a common drop off point for each location, or right to your door. A half beef should last a small family a half year, unless of course you are Carnivores!! :)

71 lbs roasts, 30 lbs steaks, 16 lbs. minute steaks, 20.5 lbs ribs, 11 lbs stew meat, 15 lbs brisket
This customer then added 80 lbs ground, 40 lbs broth bones, and 30 lbs organ meats to round out their order.
Example B
88 lbs roasts, 34 lbs steaks, 18 lbs minute steaks, 15 lbs ribs, 12 lbs stew meat, 19 lbs brisket.
This customer then added 2 lbs of Old Style Jerky, 80 lbs ground beef and 30 lbs of broth bones to complete her order. She did not add any organ meats.
Space required? Approximately 1 cubic foot of freezer is needed for every 45-50 lbs. of packaged beef. After you pay your deposit, securing your whole cow, the balance will be calculated based on the actual weight when packaged and is due on or before delivery.
When we receive your order we will call you to go over your cut list line by line to ensure we understand how you want your beef cut up.
