Deposit for a quarter of a cow.

$100.00

You are paying a deposit for a quarter share of a COW

A quarter of a cow will yield approx 120lbs. to 140lbs. Delivered, packaged weight. Not hanging weight. You will be charged $9.50 /lb.

Ground beef, organ meats, or broth bones are priced out at a lower cost separately. We will go over this when we call you to confirm your order.

When we did the math you save a couple hundred dollars by having us charge out this way. You especially save on the cost of your ground beef. And you can order as much ground beef as you want, or none at all.

We vacuum pack all cuts. We handle all the butchering, cutting, wrapping, freezing and delivery to a common drop off point for each location or to your door. A quarter should last a small family 3 months unless of course you are Carnivores!! :)

Here are two actual examples of what came in a quarter.

Example A

35.6 lbs roasts, 15lbs steaks, 8 lbs. minute steaks, 10.3 lbs ribs, 5.1 lbs stew meat, 7.5 lbs brisket

This customer then added 40 lbs ground, 20 lbs broth bones, and 21 lbs organ meats to round out their order.

Example B

46 lbs roasts, 17 lbs steaks, 9 lbs minute steaks, 7.3 lbs ribs, 6 lbs stew meat, 9.6 lbs brisket.

This customer then added 2 lbs of Old Style Jerky, 40 lbs ground beef and 10 lbs of broth bones to complete her order. She did not add any organ meats.

Space required? Approximately 1 cubic foot of freezer is needed for every 45-50 lbs. of packaged beef. After you pay your deposit, securing your share, the balance will be calculated based on the actual weight when packaged and is due on or before delivery.

When we receive your order we will call you to go explain the cuts you will receive to ensure you understand what you will be receiving.
